International Orders - Customs, Duties, Fees
Please be aware that all international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not determine these rates and encourage you to check with your local government before ordering to determine what you MAY owe.
We cannot control or prevent any delays within customs. If you refuse duties or fees on your package and choose to have it sent back to us, any handling fees charged to our account to retrieve the package will be deducted from your refund. We cannot reimburse customs fees for returns or exchanges.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item and want to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened, unused, any seals remain unbroken and in their original packaging.
If the product is returned to us in an unsalable condition we will not offer a refund.

All shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of an item are non-refundable.

Therefore we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt, so that you can track your package. Proof of postage does not cost anything, but without it, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange if your item is lost in transit. All shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of an item are non-refundable. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable or excessive use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
