Apply to clean and dry nails, free from any oil or residue. For best results, apply one coat of Inner Strength Strengthening Nail Hardener Treatment or Vita Therapy - 5 in 1 Vitamin and Botanical Rich Nail Strengthening Treatment followed by two thin coats of your chosen Cienna Rose shade for full coverage.
